Our in-house SAT support team achieves 5-star satisfaction levels and deals with any level of technical query, however complex it may be.

The speed that characterises the ORBIS SAT in public and private installations (private or professional) is due to the remote diagnostic capability that the total connectivity of the VIARIS universe provides. This feature allows technical professionals to monitor the operation of VIARIS chargers without the need to travel (if the charger is connected), to carry out remote maintenance of the device when necessary, to ensure optimum operation at all times and, in most cases, to provide a solution to any incidents detected. In addition, if the solution requires physical intervention on the charger, the expert team will travel to the installation.

Likewise, if the user of the VIARIS range needs support in the implementation or update of the firmware of the smart charger that allows them to always enjoy a cutting-edge device, the technical support service provides the necessary telephone support during the process. It is possible to access the SAT via phone call, email, web form, profiles on social networks and, of course, through our sales department for incidents in large installations.
